LDK END USER LICENSE 
This certifies licensing and an agreement to use LDK Animations upon purchasing

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO :

▪ Modify the names of the animations 

▪ Use the animations in any type of build and creation such as: 
Furniture, AO or Animation Override , any scripted attachments like HUD,
MLP, XPOSE or any other engine scripts.


YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO : 

▪ Distribute or sell the animations as your own this includes as poseballs
regardless of its permission.

▪ Exporting or transfer the animations outside SL Grid as well as other grids.

▪ You are the SOLE owner of the animation purchase, therefore you are not allowed to give them away to your lover, friends,and business partners in
FULL PERMISSION format.

PRODUCT TERMS AND POLICY 

▪ NO REFUNDS to all FULL PERMISSION animations. Try all the DEMOS before any purchase!

▪ If you are a BUSINESS GROUPS OR PARTNERS and wish to use
these animations in all your creations, sharing this with your business partners or group situations MUST BE DISCUSSED with me and we can
hopefully find a satisfactory solution or compromise.

▪ Animations are Investments - No negotiating prices for individual or bundles. All sales are final and can change without prior notice.

▪ If you think the animations are TOO MUCH TO PURCHASE - then this
business might not be for you.

▪ You MUST set the permissions of the animations either (copy & no transfer
OR no copy & transfer ) only and not both (copy & transfer).

FINDING ANIMATIONS IN UNAUTHORIZED FORM WILL RESULT TO OUR FILING FOR DMCA!
